Prestige Painting Experts started with one painter and one principle: do the job properly.
The business owner has 16 years of painting experience, starting as an apprentice and working across residential and commercial projects in Perth and Melbourne. After years in Perth, we relocated to Melbourne to build a painting business focused on quality work in Melbourne’s inner suburbs.
We know what good paintwork looks like. We also know what happens when corners are cut. Cheap paint peels within 2 years. Skipped preparation cracks and bubbles within months. Rushed work shows in every cut line and roller mark.
Our approach is different. Every surface gets proper preparation. Every job gets a minimum of two coats of premium Dulux paint. Every quote is written in detail so you know exactly what you are paying for.
We work across 20 suburbs in Melbourne’s inner south and inner north, from Toorak to Brunswick, St Kilda to Northcote. We bring the same standard to every job, whether it is a single bedroom or a full heritage home repaint.
We visit your home, inspect every surface, and measure the areas to be painted. We discuss colours, finishes, and any concerns. Within 48 hours, you receive a written quote with a line-by-line scope of work.
Before we open a tin of paint, we prepare every surface. Fill cracks and holes. Sand rough areas. Scrape loose paint. Wash down surfaces. Mask edges. Lay drop sheets. This step takes time. It is the step that separates a paint job that lasts from one that does not.
Two coats of Dulux trade-grade paint on every surface. Brush on trims, edges, and detail work. Roller on walls and ceilings. Spray on cabinets and roofs where appropriate.
We walk through the completed job with you. We check every surface, every edge, every corner. If anything needs a touch-up, we fix it on the spot. We clean up and leave your home as we found it.
