What we paint

We apply protective coating systems to Australian Standards, including AS/NZS 2311:2017 for painting of buildings and AS/NZS 2312.1:2014 for protection of structural steelwork.

Floor coatings include epoxy, polyurethane, and anti-slip systems suited to foot traffic, forklift traffic, or chemical exposure. We prepare concrete surfaces with diamond grinding or shot blasting before coating application.

Strata and Apartment Building Painting

Strata painting covers the common areas and external surfaces of apartment buildings, townhouse complexes, and unit blocks. Under the Owners Corporations Act 2006 (Vic), owners corporations must maintain and repair all common property, including painted surfaces.

What we paint

Exterior building repaints are required every 7 to 10 years. Interior common areas need repainting every 5 to 7 years. High-traffic areas like stairwells and lobbies wear faster
